• Chapter 3 - A Grand Celebration • Standard price starts at $650 • Choose from one of our 10 specialty themes -Includes Birthday banner, themed decor, balloons & Photo station, plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, and flatware. • Every story is unique! We can design a custom theme for an additional fee. • Admittance up to 15 guests /+$15 each additional guest • To help ensure everyone can participate in our services please be as accurate as possible when telling us how many guests (children) or adults who will eat shall be attending your party. • 2 hours of FUN! Explore every corner of our Tiny Town play area with cute shacks for building, reading, farming, shopping, housekeeping and more! There’s so much to SEE and PLAY! • Full kitchen and eating area access. We are stirring up magic one bite at a time with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee station, and lots of counter space! • Feasts for Little Adventurers: Choose Pizza or Hotdogs -Juice boxes & Water bottles -Snacks - Chips and Pretzels -Sweet Endings: Choose Cupcakes or a Half-Sheet Cake and Ice Cream Cups that are on theme. • Access to Adventure Acres - Our outdoor play area *Weather Permitting* Our playground features a climbing ramp, slide, ball run, and foam art! • A Special Treasure for the Star of the party! Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sea and Play for your Special Event! Things you will need to know We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to work with you! Here's our cancellation policy: Cancel 30+ days before your party You’ll receive a refund minus a $100 booking fee. Cancel 14–29 days before your party You’ll receive a 50% refund of your total payment. Cancel less than 14 days before your party Unfortunately, no refund can be given, as your reserved date and time were held exclusively for you. 1. Cleaning is now included! We only ask that your party respects our grounds and equipment, as well as remember to grab any personal items before you leave. Other than that, just enjoy your party! 2. Our Chapter 2 and 3 Party Packages include set up. However, Chapter 1 Party-Goers can arrive to set up for the party at least one hour prior to the event. If you are having your party on Saturday AM…you may choose to set up on Friday afternoon…(between 3-6) Just go to Teacher’s Pet. We will open the door, and get your lights on. 3. You are welcome to use the refrigerator/freezer to store your cakes and drinks. Decorate as you would like! We prefer for you to use our “Mavalous Tape” so that our walls are not damaged. (PLEASE no Duck Tape) 4. You are welcome to play with all of the toys that are in the venues. We request that you do NOT use the painting materials unless previously discussed with us. Outside play area and tables are yours to use as well. Please note: the slide and climbing wall can be a “little tall” for your littles. Please supervise carefully.
